The long awaited debut album from Drum n Bass DJ and producer DJ NB. This album has been in the works for about a year and some change. This album showcases DJ NB's style of sample-based nu-skool breaks and drum n bass tunes, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with the exception of a few tracks which are classic DnB bangers, as well as other non-drum n bass tracks that mix genres such as Garage, Ambient, Trip Hop, and much more.

Track Name: Life Therapy (Intro)

And now ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for. Gentleman really needs no introduction, he's been here for four, out of the last five years.
Track Name: Natural Sounds

Coming in, with something brand new.

All of which makes me anxious, at times unbearably so.
Track Name: Storm
Track Name: Equal Sides Negative

I want you to take under your laboratory. Show me just what it is you are, tell me what it's all about.

I'm engaged in experimental work.

Alright, what kind of experiments?

It'd be impossible to explain to you what I'm doing, even if I wanted to. I believe I have the right to go on with my work without being placed on trial by fools.

Get ready on the right, ready on the left.

Drop it.

Keep on.
Track Name: In The Heights

All that you chased and put your full faith in may not be real at all. (x3)

Music is my life. And it helps me, through the vibe.
Track Name: Weakness

Weakness is not your weakness.
Weakness is not your weakness.
You are what you grow into.

Weakness is not your weakness.
Weakness is not your weakness.
You are what you grow into.

Weakness is not your weakness.
Weakness is not your weakness.
You are what you grow into.

Weakness is not your weakness.
Weakness is not your weakness.
You are what you grow into.
Track Name: Restore Remix

Enjoy the silence.

All the time.
Track Name: Sacramento, California, USA: 4:06 AM 12/6/08 (Interlude 1)

Church station M: Outbound.

Next stop: Castro station.
Track Name: Approaching Flood

Baby. Oooo wee baby.
Baby. Oooo wee baby.

Baby. Oooo wee baby.
Baby. Oooo wee baby.
Track Name: The Hypnosis

Music is very hypnotic. Uh, by that I do not mean putting to sleep. I prefer the definition of hypnosis as a state where one's focused, and concentration is elevated, zoned in almost. Taking you on a personal journey, you make up your own mind.

Music is very hypnotic.
Track Name: Relaxation Session (Interlude 2)

Before we begin our relaxation session, take a moment to get comfortable in your seat.

Sit upright, and loosen any tight clothing or shoes that might distract you.

Now take slow, deep abdominal breaths.

Slowly inhale, exhale.

Count to yourself as you inhale.

Allow the same length of time to exhale.

Release more and more stored tension each time you breathe, and relax completely.
Track Name: The Shifting Shadows (Part 1)

Come on everybody rock, what huh?

I'll tell the DJ's what to play, ya see?

It's like o nine in your basement and I'm in love with Nebby
And I still love her but it fell through because I wasn't ready
And your back hurt, and your neck hurt, and you smoking heavy
And I sit next to you, and I lecture you because those are deadly
And then you ask shit and we argue about spending money on bullshit
And you tell me I'm just like my father, my one button, you push it
Now it's "Fuck you, I hate you, I'll move out in a heartbeat"
And I leave out and you call me, you tell me that you're sorry

It's like o six in your backyard and I'm in love with Jade
And I'm still in love, just when it's that real, is when it doesn't fade
And my father living in Memphis now he can't come this way
Over some minor charges and child support that just wasn't paid
Damn, boo-hoo, sad story, black American dad story
Know that I'm your sister's kid but
That still don't explain the love that you have for me
I remember sneaking in your pool after school dances
Damn your house feel like the Hamptons
For all of my summer romances
I never really had no one like you man this all new, she
Made the world I knew bigger, changed the way that I viewed it
Had all this fighting going on at the crib
You would calm me down when I lose it
Told you I think I'm done acting, I'm more in touch with the music
You said either way I'll be a star, I could go so far
Talked to me, you got to me you
You tossed the keys and loaned me your car
Yeah, just a young kid in a drop top
Lexus hopin' that I don't get arrested
Just another kid that's goin' through life
So worried that I won't be accepted
But I could do anything, you said that, and you meant that
You took me places, you spent that, they said no, we went back
Checks bounce but we bounce back
I put all the money in your accounts back
And I thank you, I don't where I'd really be without that,
It worked out man, you deserve it
Track Name: Jungle is Massive

Jungle is massive.

Big up to all the crew in the place. Thanks for representing, respect for coming out.
The big parties ain't got no vibe lately y'know what I'm sayin'?
They ain't got no vibe, man, y'know what I'm sayin'? We gotta get hot and tight.
Anyways we're gonna start this one from the top.
I wanna say thanks to each and every one of you for coming out.
Thank you.
Track Name: The Shifting Shadows (Part 2)

I carry a little piece of paper everywhere I go, in my pocket somewhere. It's got some words on it, and every time I get tired or lonesome or a little cause, gettin' my back up, I pull this little piece of paper out and I look at these words and they mean much to me, I'd like to pass em onto you before we, leave today.

"I asked God for strength, that I might achieve.
I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey.
I asked for help that I might do greater things.
I was given infirmity that I might do better things.
I asked for riches that I might be happy.
I was given poverty that I might be wise.

I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.
But I was given life that I might enjoy all things.
I was given nothing I had asked for.
But everything I had hoped for.
So despite myself, my prayers were answered.

I am among all men, most richly blessed."
